Looking for a Designer with Skills to Amaze

We’re a small group of creative, sometimes wacky, sometimes intense, graphic designer-marketers looking for another talented designer-marketer to increase the size of our proverbial snowball.

If you are versatile and approach your work with gusto, bravado, and a desire to continually grow as an artist and marketer, then you could be perfect. And you shouldn’t take yourself too seriously, either, but you should always take a client seriously, unless the client’s making a joke, because then seriousness would not be appropriate.

While we’d love to hire you on the sole merits of niceness and likability, we can’t.

Who we are looking for:

A versatile graphic designer who has 2 – 5 years experience designing print and web projects from concept to completion. Must be competent with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Flash, Dreamweaver, CSS, and WordPress experience is a plus.

The right designer for our group will have his or her own design style but demonstrate the ability to commercially adapt to varying client needs. The person we’re looking for is a self-starter who follows trends in the fields of print design, web design and social networking. He or she will be able to write clearly thoughts and insights about these topics.

Other beneficial skill sets include: marketing experience, personally active social media user, and/or social media marketing campaign experience.
